Privacy notice
1. Who operates Regnivo
Regnivo is a trading name used by Hamza Naqvi, operating as a sole trader in the United Kingdom.
Business address: 46 Griffin Road, London, SE18 7QF
Contact and privacy enquiries: hello@regnivo.me
2. What the website collects
The Regnivo website itself has no contact form, account registration, newsletter, document upload, analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, or embedded booking service.
The hosting service may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamp, and security logs. The exact log fields and retention period depend on the production hosting infrastructure.
3. Email and discovery-call enquiries
If you email hello@regnivo.me, Regnivo will receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, work email address, company details and message. Email is currently handled through Namecheap Private Email.
Discovery-call buttons link to an external Google Calendar appointment-scheduling page. If you book a call, Google may collect information such as your name, email address, availability and any information you enter into the booking form. Regnivo receives the booking details needed to arrange and conduct the call. Google Meet may be used for the meeting itself.
Because the booking page is an ordinary outbound link rather than an embedded scheduler, Google booking scripts and cookies are not loaded on Regnivo pages before you choose to leave this website.
4. Why enquiry information is used
Enquiry and booking information is used to respond to you, arrange and conduct discovery calls, understand your business needs, discuss Regnivo services and, where relevant, take steps requested before entering into an engagement. Regnivo may also rely on legitimate interests to respond to genuine business enquiries and protect the website and business from misuse.
5. Cookies, analytics, and marketing
Regnivo does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. A local browser-storage entry is created only if you save cookie preferences. It records that optional categories remain off. Read the cookie notice or open Cookie preferences from the footer.
Sending an enquiry or requesting a discovery call will not be treated as consent to receive a newsletter or unrelated marketing.
6. Service providers
The website is delivered through the Sites hosting platform and its underlying infrastructure. Business email is handled through Namecheap Private Email. Discovery-call scheduling is handled through Google Calendar, with Google Meet available for calls. No CRM, analytics, advertising, or chat provider is currently connected to the website.
Third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Provider details, processing locations, retention and applicable transfer safeguards will continue to be reviewed as the service develops.
7. Retention
Regnivo does not maintain a website enquiry database. Business emails, booking records, calendar events and related records will be kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to enquiries, arrange calls, manage any resulting business relationship, meet legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, and protect legitimate business interests.
8. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive personal information, and to object to certain uses. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can object at any time to direct marketing.
To make a privacy request, email hello@regnivo.me.
9. Complaints
You may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Visit the ICO complaints page for current guidance.
10. Changes to this notice
This notice will be reviewed whenever the website’s data flows, providers, business identity, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be dated and described clearly.
